As a dual-licensed Realtor in Iowa and Illinois, I help buyers and sellers throughout Burlington, Iowa, Galesburg, Illinois, and the surrounding communities across Southeast Iowa and Western Illinois. During my seven years with Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors, I have guided clients through more than 145 real estate transactions, including approximately 45 listings and nearly 100 buyer transactions.

I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers. Buying a home can feel overwhelming at first, so I focus on making the process understandable, comfortable, and exciting. My approach is laid-back, educational, and centered on giving you the information you need to make confident decisions without feeling pressured.

My experience outside of real estate has also shaped the way I work. I help manage family-owned short-term rentals and event businesses, and I assist my brother with our family-owned trucking and truck service companies in Biggsville and Stronghurst. Those experiences have made me a hands-on problem solver who stays calm under pressure, works through details carefully, and looks for practical solutions when challenges arise.

When I am not helping clients buy or sell a home, arranging wedding flowers with my mom, or spending time at the truck shop, I am usually with my family. That includes my significant other, Nick, his children Liam and Emerson, my daughter Carlee, and my grandsons, Camden and Stetson, who also happen to be two of my favorite people.
